Terms and Conditions of Using 95pay

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 95pay platform — including the website, mobile application and any related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact the 95pay support team to close your account.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Opening

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on the 95pay platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of account balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete and current. 95pay is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support. Eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal policy in force, subject to the terms of any outstanding bonus completion requirements.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in cryptocurrency will be converted to the equivalent MYR value based on the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved. Users must ensure that the registered payment account is in the same name as the 95pay account holder.

4.3 User Obligations

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The 95pay first bonus offers a 200% first deposit bonus up to RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM200 and your total balance becomes RM300. You must complete wagering of RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each user is only eligible to claim each type of promotion once unless stated otherwise.
